AluStar makes light work of heavy tasks. Lightweight and easy to handle, this universal aluminium hand-set formwork range is ideal for crane-free use, saving you time and money.
The convenient ergonomic grip makes AluStar panels easy to hold, transport, position and precision-assemble at the required location. Larger panels are fitted with bump notches to significantly simplify adjustment and alignment.
AluStar is also 100% compatible with the StarTec and StarTec XT steel multi-purpose formwork. Use the assembly lock for both systems and combine their features to meet all of your on-site demands flexibly and efficiently.

Cast-iron corners with integral bump notches
Fitted at four corners for panel widths of 55cm and more to simplify adjustment and alignment with crow bar.

Stable, closed hollow aluminium profile.
alkus facing
No water absorption. Resistant to swelling and shrinkage. The smooth, robust surface guarantees a high-quality concrete finish, even after heavy use.

Together, AluStar, StarTec and StarTec XT comprise a product family featuring crane-independent aluminium and large-format steel panels.
AS assembly lock
Only one component needed for rapid, reliable panel connection: MEVA assembly
lock. Allows single-handed fitting at any position along the frame. A few hammer blows suffice to achieve a strong, level and stepless panel connection.
